Also, we can relate to clinical conditions. For example, if a patient's back pain is caused by being overweight, the best is to exercise, probably to lose weight. If the back pain is caused by abnormal posture, then the patient's exercise is just to correct the position of the spine.

It depends on what kind of condition caused low back pain. That’s why the patient has to be evaluated for a proper recommendation from a doctor.
